Reply to Request for Clearer App Review Feedback and Faster Review
I would like to kindly ask for your assistance regarding our TestFlight external testing review. We submitted 1.0.1(1) build for external testing on March 17, and it has now been over two weeks, but the review has still not started. This delay is affecting our testing schedule. Could you please help check the status of this submission and assist in moving the review forward if possible? We would greatly appreciate your support.

Thank you for your response and for your help. I have now received another rejection with similar concerns under Guideline 2.3.1(a) and Guideline 4.2. At this time, I still do not have enough specific information to determine which exact screen, feature, or user flow is causing the issue. I will continue to follow up through App Store Connect. If possible, I would sincerely appreciate more concrete guidance, such as the relevant screen, reproduction steps, or a screenshot/screen recording, so I can make the correct changes. Thank you again for your support.

Reply to Waited Almost a Month, Only to Get Rejected for “Hidden Features” and “Minimum Functionality”
Thank you for your reply. I would like to respectfully ask for more specific clarification regarding the previous review feedback. In the earlier review messages, I was asked to refer to the prior review notes. However, those notes did not include screenshots or clearly identify which page, feature, or part of the app led to the rejection. Because of this, it is difficult for me to understand what exactly needs to be changed. Could you please provide more detailed information about the issue, such as: • which specific page(s) or feature(s) caused concern • what behavior or content was considered problematic • if possible, screenshots or examples showing the issue With clearer guidance, I will be able to make the necessary changes more accurately and avoid further misunderstandings during review. Thank you.

I’d like to clarify that the core of my app is an alarm-based experience, which is not something a normal website can truly provide in an equivalent way. I also implemented it using Apple’s latest AlarmKit, which I believe clearly makes it a native iOS integration. In addition, Live Activities are natively supported by iOS, and QR code scanning is also natively supported through Apple’s VisionKit. As for WebView, it is only used for standard pages such as the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and FAQ, so I do not think it is accurate to describe the app as a wrapped website.

Or would it be possible to arrange a phone call with the review team so I can communicate with them directly and work through the issue?

Reply to Unusually long “Waiting for Review” times this week (App Store + TestFlight delays?)
I ran into the same issue too. I waited almost a month before my app was finally reviewed, and then it got rejected for strange reasons.
