Everything is in place. I checked every detail, and the phone number matches the one listed under Sign-In & Security, no leading 0. I find it hard to believe a company this size hasn't fixed such a clear issue in years. Looking into it, this has been an ongoing problem since 2023. The callback feature doesn't trigger a call, and verification messages never arrive. I sent an email to support, but it seems I'll need to call directly to get this resolved.
