Hi, Our iOS game Jumping Jak: Legends of Glitch (Apple ID 6820128919), version 1.0, build 18, was submitted on October 11, 2026, and has been in "Waiting for Review" ever since. It has never moved to "In Review". There are no messages from App Review, and our agreements, tax form and membership are all active. I've sent several expedite requests and multiple support tickets and haven't heard back on any of them. Could someone from App Review please check whether this submission is stuck or whether anything is missing on our side? Thank you Thread here about this: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/852829

Officially going on two weeks and still waiting for review. Tried expediting and multiple support tickets and still no response. When will our app be reviewed and approved? Anyone out there from the Apple team? What's going on?
