I believe new apps take a week or two to settle into the index - how long ago did you set this name?

@adevvo - I can see a "remove from sale" under my subscriptions > Availability in the app store still. @murataksu_ what was the outcome here? I've heard this can happen when payment threshold isn't reach, did you check your bank details weren't stuck pending.
