Seeing this issue. Tried on both basic/advanced on Mac (chrome/safari) and on Win10 (Chrome) as well as my iPhone... All up to date, even tried incognito, and from other networks. Happens right after it prompts for sign-in. Can't find any contact links either..

Similar here, have been in limbo for 5 days now, past recent submissions were fine then the new experience hit and suddenly 5 days counting!

Looks like a priority request to them doesn't do much either - I sent one in recently as my issue is time-sensitive, the rush request was approved early the other day, but yet the review itself is still waiting. I wish this was more transparent
