Just uploaded successfully - getting really fed up with the recent Apple 'hiccups' though. Broken Xcode versions and now we had a whole day when it was impossible to submit builds to the App Store.

How is this still broken? Hopefully they will have it fixed soon...

I have the same issue, also on Xcode 13.2.1. Our app compiles for iOS 12 and runs in simulator, but crashes on a real device with the same error that OP posted.
