We're still seeing this issue and have filed FB25250654 with a screen recording and HAR log, as requested. Our situation: App version was rejected under Guideline 2.3.2, and App Review asked us to remove the optional promotional images on our four auto-renewable subscriptions. The submission is in Unresolved Issues. Only the app version was rejected. The four subscriptions and the subscription group are still "Ready for Review." In App Store Connect, the promotional image on each subscription has no remove control, and Save / Add for Review are disabled. Through the App Store Connect API, each subscription version reports state READY_FOR_REVIEW. DELETE /v2/subscriptionImages/{id} returns: 409 STATE_ERROR.SUBSCRIPTION_VERSION_UNMODIFIABLE - "Version is not in modifiable state." So we can't make the change App Review requested, and we'd prefer not to cancel the submission or remove items, given reports here of subscriptions staying locked afterward. Could someone from Apple please look at FB25250654 and either remove the four promotional images or return the subscription versions to an editable state? We'll resubmit right away. Thank you.
