I’m experiencing the same issue. My app update has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for almost two weeks.
My Apple Developer account also appears to be affected by a bug. I’m unable to access the “Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles” page and receive the following message:
“This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization’s team in a developer program.”
However, I can still access App Store Connect and view and manage my apps without any issues.
I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t received a response yet.
