Update: Apple Support restored TestFlight and replacement builds worked normally. On August 17, 2026, those new builds unexpectedly became Expired within their 90-day periods. I did not manually expire them. This appears to be a recurring team-level TestFlight/Beta Contract backend issue. Please escalate to backend engineering, trace the expiration event, restore the Beta Contract, and apply a permanent fix.

Additional clarification: I manually expired the previous builds; they did not expire automatically. A replacement build was uploaded and processed successfully, but submitting it for external TestFlight review returns HTTP 422 with ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING, even though my Developer Program membership is active. I have provided the Team ID, Bundle ID, and App Apple ID privately to Apple Developer Support.
