I'm in the same boat. My app was initially rejected for spam, then after making a few changes it was accepted. Then it was live on the store for a while and I made a few more updates all accepted no problem, then I suddenly got rejected again for spam without any significant change that could explain it. Now it's currently in appeal but has already been three weeks. I'm a new developer and so far it's been terrible.
