I‘m also unable to submit my beta build for review. For me, it is giving me the ‘Test Information’ form continuously gives me the error “Make sure the contact phone number only contains numbers and try again.” This is despite the fact that the phone number is numbers only.

I’m wondering this too. I think, unfortunately, it’s probably exclusively for Apple to use.
