If only it was straight forward - Apple team is not committed to a maximum wait time. To what extent you can do that (communicate about schedule impacts in advance) ? You communicate significant delays, but what can you do when they need a deadline. Today even 4 weeks or 5 weeks are not impossible anymore for a wait time. Worse, the app can get rejected after 3/4 weeks wait and when you resubmit it, your wait time restarts from there!
