Thanks for the reply. The problem is the direct link works, the product page loads and installs fine from "View on App Store". The issue isn't ranking because a search for the exact app name returns no result at all on multiple devices / accounts and the developer name returns nothing either. That's what Apple support reproduced on the 18th. Still hoping someone from Apple can move the case.
