Reply to iOS 17 simulator is unresponsive in Device Hub

We have the same issue too, we're trying to test on old iOS versions (e.g. iOS 17.5) but we're unable to do cause touch is not working when the simulator running, so we cannot test our app. Reported on Feedback Assistant: FB24830631

Looks like the bug is fixed in the latest iOS 26.5 RC version. The rating popup is been displayed fine.

We're also having tons of user complaints about this behavior of when a user has made an outgoing call to a number and he won't be able to block it if he doesn't clean the Recents history log. This behavior mostly looks like a bug but not a normal user case, please provide a fix in this.
