Quick update: Developer Support has confirmed that this issue is related to an additional identity verification review. I have already re-submitted the requested documents, but the account status still has not been restored after about 3 weeks. If anyone has been through something similar, I would really appreciate your input: How long did it take in your case? Did Apple manually restore the membership / team linkage, or did it recover automatically after the review was completed? Was there anything else you needed to do besides waiting?
