Hi, I applied for our Business Account over a week ago and I've had no update on this. This was my second submission as we had to update our website. I am now clueless as to the status of this application. I can't see anything on the account that tells me whether it's pending or being reviewed, nothing. I'm getting no responses to my emails, and the support call left me sat on hold for an hour with no contact with a human or bot.
