Is this regarding proof of ownership of your company? Or something else? An obvious suggestion, but one that's helped me out a lot: Chat with Claude by copying in the communication you have received from Apple. It's a good way to cut through the vague language and get a clear plan of action

Totally agree with everything you've said. At a minimum it would be nice to hear a response from anyone at Apple regarding any of these points.
