I can't provide any help, as I'm experiencing the same problem. I've tried using a US State issued driver's license, and a Passport. I've also tried scanning with my iPhone camera as well as my Studio Display camera, multiple times in all combinations. Not getting anywhere.

OK, while Quinn's method would certainly work, I just realized that since I hadn't yet uploaded anything for review, I could restore the app record and change the name. Too simple. Not sure why it escaped.

I'm encountering this as well. I wasn't sure what was tripping the error, but after seeing your post, I can confirm that it's a long press.
