Solution as in XCode 12.2 (yeah, it still happens) Create a new SwiftUI-file and paste the code from within the { ... } in the new template. Works.

The 3 time click did not work for me. Any other tricks?

I finally solved it by: start setting the country, save fill in all the reds save Done. If one starts off by filling the address before changing country it seems that the information gets in the wrong fields.

Does anyone have a link to these commison rates on apple.com? Can't find any documentation on this.
