Why do I have to waste 2 weeks for the individual account to be switched to org account , 2 weeks and 2 days ever since I made the first request , you say to me that you will reach me out in 1 business day , why this much wait then? it is insane taht I have to wait this much till I get an answer from you wspecially with how hard it is to contact you over the phone and emails are worthless since you never reply to cases , resolve my issue !!!
