I've checked all of them: the version, the subscription and the subscription group are all in submission d2ac6b73-8f2f-4a73-8501-9649a153d9af, all agreements are accepted and active, and the 2.1 answers and a full walkthrough video are in App Review Information. The problem is that I can't contact App Review in App Store Connect for this submission: there's no message thread, so there's no Reply option. The only thread I had was on the earlier, now-removed submission. If someone from Apple could take a look at this submission or open a message on it, I'd really appreciate it.
