Hi everyone, I’m testing an iPhone app called Steady through TestFlight and would love honest feedback. Steady is built for the moment right before someone acts on an urge they may regret. The core idea is to create a short pause before action, then let the user log what happened so they can spot patterns over time. Use cases could be things like sending a text you shouldn’t, reacting too fast, opening something you wanted to avoid, or other impulsive moments. I’m mainly looking for feedback on three things: Does the concept feel useful in real life? Is the flow clear or confusing? What feels unnecessary or missing?
