Same issue on our team (HT54L8D86F) since 8 Oct 2026. All earlier TestFlight builds were marked Expired at once, although they were only 1-2 days old. The current build 1.0 (2610081313) is VALID and IN_BETA_TESTING, but internal installs fail with "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist", and POST /v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions returns 422 ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING.
