Since our initial submission, we've gone to great lengths to structure and clearly explain everything in the Notes section. We’ve also made a point to address any feedback from reviewers before resubmitting the app for review.
Over the past few days, though, our app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” status - it’s been three days now with no movement, which is why we decided to reach out here. We completely understand that this isn’t an official support channel, but we've seen many instances where Apple team members have kindly stepped in to help on this forum, and we’re hopeful that someone might be able to do the same in our case.
