As indeed uselessly vague as that is, I think it can be construed as meaning that the feature exists to provide reports to the application developers. Perhaps, Apple Support would provide a more verbose answer than the Feedback application's triage owners would.

@endecotp, if you are a developer, but the latter is untrue, I implore you to file a report about one of your own applications, to evaluate whether it reaches you.

As an example, are you an application developer who has reason to believe that users have reported bugs to you via that, which you have not received?

@endecotp, unfortunately, Feedback Assistant feedback URIs aren't public. It is its most significant deficiency. What have you submitted in that report?

I agree, but I posted this many years ago - when I was young enough that being on this forum would be unusual - and can't retroactively delete the post, so I'd rather at least improve it.
