@DTS Engineer — same issue, Team ID N32HKAD4XH. App: GIFLab, Apple ID 6811181280 (also affects app 6774913681 on the same team). Since ~Aug 20, 2026: internal TestFlight installs fail for every app on the team ("The requested app is not available or doesn't exist"), and POST /v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions returns 422 ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING. Trigger matches this thread: the Program License Agreement was reissued Aug 18, 2026 and accepted Aug 19. Everything is Active — Free Apps, Paid Apps, bank account, W-8BEN and Certificate of Foreign Status. Build 7 (id 8d49123d-97fc-4429-af0f-1fefcc88aa45) processed to VALID after all of it was Active and is still blocked. App priced Free, all 175 territories available, no incident on System Status. A support case filed ~2 weeks ago has had no response. Could you re-provision the team-level beta contract for N32HKAD4XH, as was done for the OP in February?
