Apple terminated account . I intentionally didn't change the hash so that Apple would know that the core is public and not violate copyright etc.! But apparently it's normal for them to get stuck and waste time!! And they quickly link the account to other developers. Those unfortunate people probably insisted that the app wasn't spam and Apple terminated their account!

I know the reason is the public kernel, which many developers build with the default hash.
