Hi Albert / DTS team, I’m experiencing the same issue with my app, Heidi & Matt. A build uploaded on 11 October unexpectedly showed as expired on 12 October, well before its 90-day expiry. Replacement builds processed successfully and were assigned to our internal testing group, but installation still fails with: “Could not install Heidi & Matt. The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” Uploading new versions and restarting the iPhone have not resolved it. The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement has also been accepted. The app installs and runs successfully when installed directly through Xcode. I have an existing Apple Developer Support case, 102994559872, and have followed up today, 15 October. Could you please help route this to the TestFlight team? Should I also submit a separate Feedback Assistant report and add its FB number here? Thank you for your help.
