I would like to clarify that my developer account only has one single app, and I have never created or submitted a second app. Looking back, the only thing I can think of is that I submitted updates quite frequently. These updates were only metadata changes (mainly adjusting keywords and subtitle) in order to improve my **Apple Search Ads campaigns. I usually submitted an update about once per week. Because of this, I’m wondering if these repeated metadata updates might have made my app appear as if it was attempting to circumvent the review process, even though that was never my intention.
