My app Theovia (iOS, version 1.0) was submitted on September 21 and has shown "In Review" ever since. That is 24 days, when Apple says 90% of submissions are reviewed in under 48 hours. What has happened so far: September 29: App Review asked about guideline 2.3.2 (my subscription images). I sent four new images. October 6: App Review replied "We will continue the review of your app at this time." Nothing since. Since then I have sent three requests through Contact Us (App Review Status) and an expedited review request. The status has not changed. This delay is hurting my business. I am a small independent developer. I planned the iPhone launch around Navratri, one of the biggest festivals for the Hindu users the app serves, and that date has now passed. The app is live on Google Play, so I am paying for ads that can only reach Android users, while iPhone users who ask for it have nothing to download. The next date that matters is Diwali on November 8, and I cannot plan for it without knowing where this review stands. I have answered everything App Review asked, and nothing has been asked of me since September 29. Could someone from App Review please look at this review today and tell me exactly what, if anything, is still needed? I will respond the same day. Thank you.
