I am writing to provide the final update on our case (Case #102702095699) and to close this thread.
Thank you again for your response and for internally escalating the investigation.
We can confirm that today, on Day 37 (since the October 1st submission), the app's status finally changed. We have (for the first time) observed login activity from the App Review team on our servers, and the review process has finally moved forward.
To recap the final timeline for anyone else who might experience this specific "stuck" issue:
37 days total spent in the "In Review" status.
28 days passed since our expedited review was granted (on Oct 9th).
0 server activity (no logins, no health checks) from Apple for the first 36 days, which was our core indicator that the app was technically stuck in the queue.
While we are relieved that the blockage is finally resolved, this 37-day delay-despite an expedited status-was critical and caused significant, direct financial and reputational damage with our launch partners.
We appreciate the eventual resolution and your assistance in getting this unstuck.
