Same here, waiting since September. Apple Support is not responding and nothing is happening without any change. One time the status changed to "In Review" but was stuck there forever.

UPDATE The Status changed to "In Review" 24h later. Normally It took around 1 hour to review but now its stuck for 4 days now....
