I wonder if it happens due to what day of the week it was put in, what hour, etc. Another odd thing for me was I received a "We've received your app for review." email for the iOS app but didnt get that for the MacOS version...Both apps got a "Ready to review" and a "Waiting for review" email...

How do you make an expedite request? my iOS app was approved at about 36 hours but the MacOS version is at 96 hours and still waiting for review.
