I have contacted you multiple times and have never received a response. What good is customer service if it doesn't exist?

I have contacted you multiple times with no response. Your customer service in app reviews is non existent at this point from what I can see

Agreed. And it's really pathetic that I can get android apps approved and in production in a matter of hours. And support not responding at all is really frustrating.
