Update, 19 Oct. XPLAY App (App ID 6761901860), submission ad5ad6af-46f7-4805-ab18-2921d143c5f3, now iOS 1.1.0 build 98.
Full timeline:
29 Sep: first submission (1.0). 30 Sep: Guideline 2.1 Information Needed (new account). Everything requested was added the same day and resubmitted.
6 Oct: resubmitted as 1.1.0 build 94. A reviewer signed in with our demo account 45 minutes later, then no change for 9 days.
12 Oct: expedited review accepted.
15 Oct: rejected under 2.1(a), crash at launch on iPadOS 27. Cause: the iOS 27 SDK requires the UIScene life cycle and our app still used the app delegate life cycle. iOS 26 devices only logged a warning, so we had not seen it.
16 Oct 00:31 UK: fixed in build 98 (SceneDelegate and UIApplicationSceneManifest), tested on iPad and iPhone on iOS 27, and resubmitted in the same submission with a reply explaining the fix.
Since then: Waiting for Review for 3.5 days. Our logs show no reviewer sign-in on build 98.
Developer Support cases 102986489031 (escalated 11 Oct) and 102995116345 are open with no update. We have already cancelled one event because the app was not available, and the next one is on Saturday 24 October.
Could someone confirm that build 98 is in the expedited queue and that nothing on the account is holding it? Thank you.
