Reply to Submission stuck 12 days after replying to a Guideline 2.1 information request
Update (July 31 – day 15): Called Developer Support again yesterday (July 30). They confirmed a second note was sent to the App Review team and said there is nothing further they can do from their side. It has now been 15 days since I fully answered the Guideline 2.1 questions on July 16, with no response from App Review and no status change. This has been extremely frustrating. The app has been ready and waiting for two weeks after providing everything that was requested.

Update (July 30 - day 14): Still no response from App Review. The note Developer Support said they were sending on July 28 has not produced any movement. Two things since my last update: I called Developer Support back on July 29 as they instructed, and waited on hold 2.5 hours without reaching anyone. This morning I posted a reply in the Resolution Center requesting a call with an Apple representative. That option is documented in Apple's own "Tips for an efficient app review" post (developer.apple.com/forums/thread/837575) - there is no button for it, you simply ask in a reply. I had not seen it mentioned anywhere else, so noting it here in case it is useful to someone. Separately, there appear to be several concurrent threads in this forum right now describing the same pattern: established apps, routine updates, no Resolution Center messages, nothing required from the developer, stuck one to three weeks, with support tickets and phone callbacks leading nowhere. One developer reported theirs resolved on its own at 10 days. That points toward a queue issue rather than anything specific to an individual submission. Still glad to provide anything further if something is needed on my end. Hope this helps anyone else out that is in the same boat as I am.

Update (July 29): Yesterday (July 28) I called Developer Support. The agent confirmed they were sending a note to the App Review team to look at the submission as soon as possible. They advised I should see movement within a few hours to 24 hours, and that replies from App Review typically come within 24–48 hours. They also told me to call back if there is no response within 24 hours. As of this morning (roughly 20 hours later) there is still no update in App Store Connect or the Resolution Center. Will update again if anything changes.
