I just got a call from Apple and they said that my account is in a good standing and all i have to do is to monitor downloads and reviews and report any suspicious activities to them directly and also after the investigations they told me that this is probably people trying to take down competitor apps.

Changing region from my home country to United kingdom fixed the issue! very strange :/ thank you Kristoprifti!
