Here is what eventually happened: After 4 hours, my internal testing group was suddenly added to the new build and the number of Invites was updated and when I opened the TestFlight app, the build was there. But I did not receive any emails or TestFlight or App Store Connect notifications telling me that the build was available.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Any updates on how to fix?
