Filed against App Store Connect component as FB11515502 (App Store Connect crashes, returns to home view when saving Xcode Cloud settings)

That sounds more like this bug, which has a workaround detailed in this thread: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/683277 (Someone recently commented saying the workaround stopped functioning, but that’s not true in my experience. Seems to still do the job on 13.1 / 13.2 beta)
