Same here. I was charged within seconds, but I’ve been waiting for 4 days without access to the program or a response from support

5 days for me, still waiting, no one replied to me from support =_=

same here waiting for 5 days already sent 3 emails to support, no reply but charged me $100 in seconds))

upd. got an answer from the support team, they resolved my case.
