Read through dozens of threads here and haven't found a single real fix. It's incredibly disappointing that none of them have actual solutions. Looks like a lot of us are stuck in this loop and getting ignored by Apple. Nothing has changed on our end yet. If anyone has actually managed to break out of this loop, please let me know.
