My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck since late June and I need your help.
I first tried to enroll through the Apple Developer app, but identity verification fails every time: the app cannot scan my document and returns an error regardless of lighting or conditions. I tried multiple times on different days.
I then completed enrollment twice through the website, attaching my payment details both times. I received Order Acknowledgement emails on June 23 and June 26 stating the order would be processed within 2 business days. It is now July 12 — neither order has been processed, my card has never been charged, and my account still shows the membership as pending.
Since the app's document scanning does not work for me and web orders are not being processed, I ask you to:
Verify my identity manually (please send a secure upload link if needed), and
Process my enrollment or escalate this case to a senior advisor.
