Same here with an macOS app, just not working

It's an macOS web extension app, I open Safari in full screen, create a screenshot via shift+command+3 and use this picture, the size is accepted for upload and fits the size values. I have only 2 screen shots. Close and open the App Store Connect website has now effect. Sometimes it shows an ! sign with the message "IMAGE_TOOL_FAILURE".

The app is looking for specific words on a webpage and to replace those. It's a blank iPhone XS which I use for testing, like the Simulator.

Hi there, I have exactly the same prob with my own extension, written in Xcode. The app works fine in simulator but on a physical device the extension doesn't show in the extension area on phone. Did you find a solution to that issue?
