Indeed both AWS and cardIO are binary SPM. We will make a feedback to Apple as well. Meanwhile to unblock you from build, you can shorten the dSYM path to ${DWARF_DSYM_FOLDER_PATH}/${DWARF_DSYM_FILE_NAME}/Contents/Resources/DWARF.
