Me too. I purchased and got debited. I received the invoice. Yet it still says I need to complete my purchase to continue enrollment. The links takes me to the same payment page.

Same issue here. Why is it so hard to start developing on iOS ? I could maybe understand that they do some verifications when publishing an app but all that trouble just to start coding ? Come on... This is really disrespectful and a waste of time.
