After doing some digging, I was able to figure out that this is an account specific issue. My personal account works fine, as well as many of my co-worker's personal accounts, but our corporate account is having the same issue for all users on every computer/browser combination we try.

Same issue (won't load apps) but different error for me, a few hundred iterations of this error in the console: 371.093b541f.js:1 eventQueue overflow, deleting LRU events: size is: 101 which is over max size: 100
