Status Update: Still Stuck Since June 12 Despite Support Response (Case ID: 102900853193) Hi @App Review, I wanted to provide an urgent update on this case. We finally received a response to our support ticket (Case ID: 102900853193) on June 12, stating that the application had been placed in the review queue. However, since June 12, there has been absolutely no progress. The app remains completely frozen in the queue, and the actual review process has not even started yet. Why This Is Reaching a Breaking Point: Critical Downtime: It has now been over a month since our initial operational bottleneck began in late May. Personnel Blocked: We are actively managing daily retail operations and workforce scheduling. Our newly onboarded personnel are still completely blocked from accessing this essential internal tool, creating a severe operational deficit. Administrative Freeze: Given that our previous builds were picked up within 4 hours, being stuck in this queue for nearly two weeks after a support confirmation suggests an administrative or technical glitch in the routing of our submission. We have fully complied with every single guideline requirement. We desperately need this bottleneck cleared so we can move our internal operations forward. Could the Apple Team please look into why the review hasn't initiated despite the June 12 confirmation and escalate this immediately? Thank you for your understanding and urgent support.

Case ID: 102900853193 This case has been pending with no response or update for 1 weeks now, while our application remains stuck in "Waiting for Review." Since our new personnel are completely blocked and our business operations are heavily disrupted, could you please cross-reference this Case ID internally to see what is causing this administrative freeze?
