I've recently noticed reviews for our app has stopped updating, while the number of ratings have been growing fairly steadily at roughly 100-200 per week. In App Store Connect under the "Ratings and Reviews" section, the last review I can see was posted on March 12, 2021 and nothing else in more than a month. Is anyone else seeing this issue? Has it been reported to Apple yet?
