thanks @thinkcomp that clears up some confusion for me. So I suppose I need to use draft submission to plan the review for both the app and the subscriptions. But there is no way for me to "cancel" the ghost "Waiting for Review" state for the renewable subscriptions. In lower right "Draft Submissions" panel, I can't see any submission to include in the submission, probably due to the fact those subs are in "Waiting for Review" state. Thought about even removing the subscriptions and re-creating them, but seeing no way to do so. Will try creating a new subscription/group to submit...
