Same here. Submitted on the 1st of August. raised a ticket - no progress/communication. But proudly advertise "24-48 hours for the review" and shyly don't mention that you have no idea for how many weeks you can stuck in the queue and no ETA there. This is my first app and I wasn't expecting this kind of mess here tbh... No transparency at all - like some thimbleriggers...
